Shipping policy
Processing times Orders are processed and prepared within 1–2 working days of receiving payment. Orders placed at the weekend or on public holidays are processed on the next working day.
Shipping costs Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on the destination and the weight of the parcel. You will see the exact amount before completing your order.
Delivery times Delivery times vary by destination:
- Italy: 3–5 working days
- European Union: 5–10 working days
Order tracking You will receive an email with the tracking number as soon as your order has been dispatched, so you can follow the delivery in real time.
