Return and refund policy

After receiving an item, you have 14 days to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You will need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damage and issues Please inspect your order on delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or incorrect.

Exceptions / non-returnable items The following cannot be returned: made-to-measure or personalised products, sale items and gift cards.

Exchanges Return the item you received and, once the return has been accepted, place a separate order for the new item.

Right of withdrawal for the European Union If the goods are shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving the last item, for any reason and without giving a justification. The item must be in its original condition, unused and in its original packaging.

Refunds As soon as we have received and inspected the return, we will let you know the outcome. If approved, the refund will be issued within 10 working days to your original payment method. If 15 working days pass without a refund, contact us at 3doutlineart@gmail.com.
